In 2013, this bike was brought to me after being partially disassembled by another shop that had closed mid rebuild. The pistons had been damaged in the move. So, I verified clearances, and ordered a custom made set of replacement forged pistons from Venolia Performance Pistons. I had the crank and components balanced and installed new wrist pin bushings, rod bearings, rings, gaskets and seals. I resealed the forks and rebuilt and re-jetted the carburetors. The u-joints were replaced and the rear drive was disassembled, inspected and resealed.

Part of the list of modifications was given to me on a hand written note from the first owner. The work that I did not do myself, I found on invoices from other shops between 2011 and 2015.

This is NOT a show bike. It is a rider, fast and fun. I have gone over the bike and made some adjustments, valves and re-torque heads, a few dash lights were out, and the seat bolts were rubbing on the rear tire. The odometer shows 18186. I believe the bike had about 17000 miles on it when I first saw it.
