Moto Guzzi Shift Linkage

Products

In my experience with Moto Guzzi transmissions, most shifting issues are caused by sloppy, worn linkage components. On the 70s Tontis, the “bent rod, cotter pin” linkage wears and causes false neutrals and miss shifts. I have assembled a replacement linkage that is a direct bolt on most Tonti framed Guzzis. These spherical rod linkages come, pre-greased with protective rubber boots. One rod end is reverse thread for easy adjustments. Each linkage comes with a left hand jam nut as well as self locking mounting nuts and can be installed in just a few minutes. I sell these for 35.00 plus shipping. I have noticed on some applications that the threaded rods needs to be shortened by about 5 mm at each end. I have included a right hand “chase” nut for cleaning the threads after cutting. I recommend only using one jam nut to prevent binding of the linkage.  Get your V7 Sport Linkage here. If you own an Eldorado, get yours here. V50/V65 owners, go here.
