Description

The Guzzi Doctor notes “In my experience with Moto Guzzi transmissions, most shifting issues are caused by sloppy, worn linkage components. ”

The 1973 V7 Sport used a plastic ball end linkage. Over time the plastic hardened and became brittle. Unlike other Tonti bikes, the Sport linkage didn’t wear and become sloppy, they simply broke leaving the bike stuck in what ever gear it happened to be in at the time. These spherical rod linkages come, pre-greased with protective rubber boots. One rod end is reverse thread for easy adjustments. Each linkage comes with a left hand jam nut as well as self locking mounting nuts and can be installed in just a few minutes. I sell these for 35.00 plus shipping.
